- Creates the account needed to save requests, receive quotes, and confirm orders.

- Use this if you already have an H-DCS account and want to continue.
- Service choice
- Pick the closest matching service; the next page asks service-specific questions.
- Select
- Opens the requirements form for that service area.
- Return flow
- After registration and profile setup, the webapp brings you back to this request step.
